Teleservices Project Manager
Overview Provide guidance to therapeutically aligned brand teams concerning teleservices (teledetailing and alternative sampling programs) Responsible for oversight of tactical execution of teledetailing and alternative sampling programs across channels and in partnership with brands. Key Skills and Capabilities Must be able to effectively lead internal and external matrix teams. Must be able to influence the strategic thinking of, and provide tactical direction to brand leads. Manage budget and processes for vendors to conduct pilot initiatives. Project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem solving and oral/written communication skills. Responsibilities and Development Opportunities Manager, TeleServices • Enterprise level oversight of Teleservices programs to ensure: • Appropriate vendor training including Corporate and Brand-specific requirements • Adherence to Standards, ways of working and best practice • Quality Control in partnership with Corporate Compliance and CCoE • Delivery of KPI’s • Management of implementation team at vendor • Implementation of future strategies • Integration with Corporate systems • Partnership with Sales Force • Expanded channel offerings, i.e. Live Chat, email • Develop program material templates including scripts, letters, sample request forms, etc. • Collaborate with Project Initiators (ICE/Brand) to develop prioritized operational plans • Plan of action for prioritization of efforts • Ensure adequate staffing at vendor • Leadership of vendor infrastructure and staffing • Partner with internal stakeholders (IT, Commercial Capabilities, GRC, Legal, RDC, etc.) for optimal program delivery and issue resolution • Collaborate with ICE, Marketing Effectiveness & Brand Teams to develop program-specific reporting and success metrics • Implementation of Phase II capabilities, i.e. integration with Field, Live Chat, Video, email, etc.
