TeleSales Lead Management Representative

Responsible for overall Inbound and Outbound Lead Management - driving qualified leads through to new clients
Lead a small team to efficiently and effectively call on senior-level executives within an organization
Outbound projects include activities such as tradeshow follow up and targeting specific accounts for opportunity creation


Develop outstanding Product knowledge to enable specific recommendations based on client needs
Responsible for managing the lead pipelines using Sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo). This person will need to follow up on leads captured by Marketo and manage the relationship utilizing Saleseforce
Work within a team including Territory Sales Managers and Marketing Managers to identify and cultivate new opportunities
Responsible for timely production of clear team activity, and on-going status reports via Salesforce
Prioritizing and organizing sales calls and follow up for maximum revenue impact
Managing client relationships with senior-level executives from early stages of the sales process through to smooth transition to Territory Sales Managers
Help to continually evolve our overall telesales system

Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders and partners
Driven personality with strong business acumen
Self-starter with entrepreneurial desire
Effective written and verbal skills
Past experience with Salesforce and Marketo preferred
4-year degree required, preferably in Business field
Ecommerce domain experience is preferred
Technology sales experience is preferred
Consistent over-achievement in previous positions
Strong customer facing and internal presentation skills
Highly motivated, success driven individual who is structured yet adaptable
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Good team player with collaborative approach and ability to forge constructive relationships quickly
Proven track-record of successfully leading teams in a telesales or similar environment

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Past supervisory experience
