The Customer Telco team is looking for an OnSite Sales Specialist to spend one year working alongside our reseller partners. The Inside Sales will be responsible for executing sales and demand generation activities together with the partner Account Managers. Inside Sales will work as part of the extended teams to drive revenue in all customer segments through the reseller.
- Support ongoing sales and product training for the reseller Account Managers.
- Identify new opportunities together with the Account Managers in their customer base.
- Provide daytoday support to the Account Managers and sales managers to resolve questions and issues.
- Frequent communication with the other internal stakeholders working with reseller to plan new initiatives and resolve issues.
- Participate in weekly meetings and monthly business reviews between the company and the reseller.
- Be the main point of contact for the company onsite and help create and implement new initiatives.
**Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Drive revenue to meet and exceed targets.
2. Regularly review sales with the Account Managers and ensure that the is reflected in the systems accurately and timely.
3. Coach the Account Managers on selling SAAS solutions to help progress opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial qualification to close.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related industry (Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, etc.)
- 6-7 years of relevant experience selling SaaS or similar software as a service technology.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with senior sales reps and sales management.
- Ability to navigate a complex sales environment and bridge conversations on different levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
**Nice to have Skills (not required):
- Ideally experience working with Telcos.
- Ability to organize work independently and meet agreed upon timelines.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to act quickly and effectively.
