Technology Internal Communications Manager

A large global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company is looking for an experienced and confident Internal Communications Manager to drive internal communications programmes for their Digital Growth Platform. The role includes working closely with the Digital leadership team to develop and implement programmes for a diverse team.


Main Activities/Tasks:

• Programme and budget management for Digital Growth Platform communications initiatives.
• Planning, management and development of content for a wide range of internal events
• Development of content for the leadership team – writing leadership communications,
• Management of digital communications and social media strategy
• Ownership and promotion of a strong visual identity for UK/I Digital Growth Platform and its constituent groups
• Create and manage an integrated internal communications and people engagement strategy
• Develop and implement communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders



The position requires an individual with drive, enthusiasm and excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, who is capable of working autonomously but also collaborating with a team. The successful candidate will have strong digital skills with comprehensive understanding and experience of social media

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• University degree or equivalent required, preferably in English, journalism or a communications discipline
• Substantial experience of internal communications, with history of developing and implementing targeted communication plans and using print- based, online, audio- visual and face-to- face channels
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Essential experience using digital communications channels as part of a strategic comms plan
• Experience of managing communications budget to meet a variety of demands and objectives as effectively as possible
• Credibility with all stakeholders and experience of working with senior stakeholders
