Our Fortune 500 client in the Financial Services industry is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support the development of detailed product, systems and process documentation that the clients and stakeholders will utilize to deploy and implement these new capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Creating Technical Implementation Guides:
documents include specifications for Web API’s, data file specs and requirements, sample HTML code, SSL and data encryption requirements, IT standards, guidelines for Windows or MAC operating systems, iOS, Android and all major browsers.

Creating Product Implementation Guides:
includes a product overview, operational processes, support services, product performance expectations, and benefits. Create brand standards, content/localization options, channel setup options (web, tablet, mobile). Process flows, billing, and help-desk support.

Create User Experience Guides:
wireframes, sitemaps, content inventories, guideline’s for web, tablet and mobile devices, legal and privacy mandatories, site/app integration best practices.

Create Customer Service training materials:
FAQs, help tips, error messages, use case documentation, questionnaires.

Skills:
o Expert mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
o Expert knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
o Expert knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, JavaScript, Oracle, etc.

Education/Experience:
o Bachelor degree required.
o 7+ years experience required.
