o Update existing content and write/create new content for assigned areas of content in alignment with the schedule. Content types include one or more of the following:
*conceptual technical documentation
*online Help (F1/context-sensitive)
*multimedia content/artwork (graphics, diagrams, call flows, icons, screenshots, videos)
o Conduct technical reviews, incorporate review feedback, and obtain required approvals prior to publishing.
o Send content for peer review and compliance review, and incorporate feedback.
o Work independently with minimal supervision, but also with other members of the content publishing team, program management, development, test, support, localization, and other partners, as needed, to successfully create and update domains content.
o Adhere to content development guidelines and Company style best practices, including following content workflow processes and using prescribed tools and other resources.
• Verify and record in a spec changes to the registration process at 20+ domain registrars
o Walk through steps on each domain registrar website (20 registrars, currently) to determine what needs to be updated.
o Create and edit in Photoshop/Illustrator updated screenshots for domains where steps are included in the UI.
o Update spec template with specific wording for changes + updated screenshots for each domain registrar.
o Scrub/edit text for UI and Help.
o Handoff spec in bug to PM/dev to update UI.
o Update and publish affected topics in Help.
