Research, design, develop, and write technical information online or in print for a variety of audiences and purposes. Assist in producing documentation that complies with documentation plan requirements. Develop and test user scenarios that show how to use the product being documented. Obtain technical information from project developers, program managers, product managers, testers and product support personnel; convert specific feedback into documentation. Respond to editorial and reviewer feedback.

6+ years’ work related experience. Excellent writing, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of a specified software product, or the ability to learn specified technology quickly. Ability to combine technical expertise with technical communication skills. Ability to work under deadline pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English or related field, work related experience/training may substitute for degree.
