Technical Writer

Researches, designs, develops and writes technical information online or in print for a variety of audiences and purposes. Produces documentation that complies with documentation plan requirements. Obtains technical information from project developers, program managers, product managers, testers and product support personnel; converts specific feedback into documentation. Responds to editorial and reviewer feedback.

Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to perform process mapping/development/reengineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, business acumen and business decision making skills.
• A good understanding of business services and assist in integrating risk management/information security principles, policy, and practices into business processes and policies documentations
• knowledge of how tools and processes can be used to improve security and privacy in support
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment, prioritize multiple tasks, work under minimal/remote supervision/direction and provide frequent status updates while juggling multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity.
• Excellent facilitation, problem resolution, cross group collaboration and organizational agility skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Contact Center experience

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct data gathering and analysis to discover processes needing design and development.
• Update/create all global/regional processes, policies, procedures to support security compliance requirements
• Information Security Policies, Procedures, Guidelines documentation update/create
• Identify and collaborate with the necessary stakeholders for feedback and buy in for each process designed.
• Define areas of opportunity and make recommendations to standardize improve or redesign processes to meet customer needs.
• Identifies and works effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross-team or work group projects or problems
• Designs, writes and manages complex processes and procedures effectively
• Makes judgments, recommendations, and decisions regarding various options and legal issues involved
