This team is looking for an experienced technical writer who can create and update content for a product that’s targeted at business analysts (not devs or IT Pros). This product released to general availability already and is still experiencing significant churn. The content set of 200+ topics primarily comprises step-by-step tutorials with frequent screen shots, but it also includes some reference.

Skills required:
The candidate must be comfortable working with 10+ PMs to identify and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must have excellent writing skills and some familiarity with Company style/voice.
The candidate must be extremely familiar with Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
The candidate should be able to format a topic in Markdown, manage Git at a command prompt, and create branches, pull requests, etc. with minimal training.
The candidate doesn’t need programming experience, but familiarity with Excel functions and programming concepts would be very helpful in documenting this “low-code” solution for building apps.
Need the ability to write for business analysts and experience with IT Pro writing is helpful.
Experience with building apps in Salesforce or InfoPath (or creating Access web apps) is a plus.
The ideal candidate would also be able to analyze content telemetry (such as pageviews, ratings, and comments), identify trends and opportunities, and make improvements.
Must be able to ramp quickly and come onsite for meetings.
