University Recruiting is in our DNA. We are seeking an experienced University Talent Closer to support new grad and intern recruiting efforts across our global engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with developing campus strategies in support of meeting aggressive hiring needs for rapidly growing organizations. The candidate will be passionate about the Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry. The position is based in our London office.

As a Closer you will support the hiring goals for several key EMEA Universities. The position is based in our London office. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with rapidly growing organizations. 

Responsibilities 

Drive recruiting process for technical candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience 
Work with recruiting team members (Talent Scouts, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to implement, and execute hiring strategy across all technical teams 
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates 
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers 
Adhere to data integrity requirements 
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters 
Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team 


Skills: Requirements 

Passionate about the company product and able to speak to our technology/industry 
Minimum of 2+ years experience in recruiting university candidates (internship and full time) 
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process 
Interest in contributing to the company's mission and goals 
Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering schools, conferences, open source communities 
Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally 
Ability to travel
