One of the worlds largest and most prestigious tech firms is looking for a technical specialist who is comfortable on the client facing front to join a rapidly growing team. As a Technical Specialist you will be hold a core client facing role in which you which you will be supporting clients in the design and delivery of technical integration of their current app with my clients Voice Assistant product.
This role occupies two main streams, firstly the technical aspect. You will need to have a deep understanding of how technology works, assisting a supporting your clients in the integration to their Back-End, while no specific programming experience is required the majority of what you will be working with will be across Node, Java And Python. Your responsibilities here will be to work with the clients tech team with in the integration piece . The second stream will the design and analysis side, here you will be responsible for analysing and documenting the development of the software. Identifying possible breakpoints and advising the customer on better ways to implement the integration.
Provide consulting services to our partners, support them on deep technical level and be their point of contact whenever they get stuck while their development process. Build lasting relationships and be sensitive to client needs.
Perform implementation reviews, champion new product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Work closely with our business development team to accelerate the adoption of Google Assistant in EMEA markets. Optimize business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
Propose, design, create and present prototypes, demos and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, AMP, CSS.
Experience with deployments and hosting of web apps preferable in cloud services like Google Cloud.
Experience in working with and managing external partners.
Experience in conceptional and conversational design of voice agents.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
