Technical SEO Manager

Managing SEO implementations of e-commerce websites. Managing on-going global SEO campaigns, including identify quantifiable opportunities, target keywords and landing pages, generating on-page and off-page recommendations, implementing approved SEO changes in the CMS, growing authority through link building and social media, providing client reporting.
Managing technical SEO implementation to include domain strategies, platform optimization, code review, URL syntax and rewriting, redirect strategies
Performing campaign analysis and generating ideas for optimization and testing
Analyzing campaign results including visibility, traffic, revenue, bounce rates, conversion rates and determining areas of opportunity
Monitoring webmaster tools data for crawl issues and opportunities.
Analyzing client sites against SEO Best Practices and providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Staying abreast of latest trends and best practices in the Search industry; recommending and implementing strategies which can benefit PFSweb clients
Thinking strategically and contributing ideas which move our clients’ search campaigns forward including the areas of mobile search, social media and globalization
Able to juggle multiple client projects and tasks concurrently and in a highly organized manner
Able to proactively identify and address potential issues and collaboratively lead resolution
Collaborates often and effectively with the internal digital services teams (development, digital analytics, merchandising, creative, email)
Comfortable and confident leading meetings and any related follow up
Takes initiative and seeks opportunities to grow assigned client’s business

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
2-4 years working experience in Search Marketing Optimization (SEO)
Ability to communicate SEO objectives to developers
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to perform technical SEO audit
Technical SEO implementation expertise, preferably with e-commerce platforms (Demandware, Hybris, Magento)
Understanding of e-commerce website functionality, KPIs and analytics tools
Experience with keyword research
Up-to-Date experience with SEO tactics and best practices
Experience analyzing analytics data and providing recommendations for SEO campaigns
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Extensive experience in HTML. Ability to read source code
Experience with SEO tools to include crawler simulators, webmaster tools, research and auditing tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize, re-prioritize and act with a sense of urgency
Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment
Proven time management, detail orientation, organization and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic and consistent positive attitude
