Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Contract Recruiter, you will be a part of team that manages Talent Acquisition for all of our client's technology division. While the expectation is that the primary role of a Technical Contract Recruiter is to fill jobs, they will also engage with business partners to identify, develop, and employ strategies that build teams and organizations.

A champion of both the business and talent, our Recruiters, own the end to end candidate experience. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, selecting top candidates and partnering with the business to hire the technologist and leaders who drive innovation and support the company globally. You will find talent that no one else can and you are able to do this through the relationships you build and creative and innovative sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages partnerships and build relationships with technical leaders
• Identifies, develops, and employs effective recruiting strategies for current and future talent needs
• Conducts business in a consultative manner
-Can synthesize multiple streams of communication
-Is able to positively influence outcomes
-Can effectively articulate a point of view
-Uses creative problem solving to drive results
-Is action oriented and focused on the best solution
• Employs creative sourcing methods to discover talent, own and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Collaborates across teams to support improvements and the sharing of best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in a senior level technical Recruiter role, preferred mix of agency/search firm and in-house experience
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent through multiple channels
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ever changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems & make decisions; can effectively balance individual responsibility while considering the businesses needs and goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
• Shows confidence in all settings when advising/ partnering with business leaders
• Able to build and foster strong customer relationships in a multi-location environment
• Proven organization skills - can prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
• Builds strong relationships across the organization and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment
• A track record of delivering results
• Tech savvy; current on technology trends, platforms and applications
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and various ATS and social media tools used for recruiting
• College degree preferred, but not required
