Technical Project Manager

Vitamin T is assisting our marketing agency client in their search for a contract to hire Technical Project Manager.
As the Technical Project Manager you ensure client’s needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the multiple internal disciplines, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations - managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction. They build client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in
the contract or Statement of Work (SOW). They produce and update project plan to manage cost, schedule and mitigate risk.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

 Primary contact for the Business Lead on service delivery and support by identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability
 Responsible for managing the approved budget (for cost for service delivery) and for the quality results in his area of responsibility
 Manage projects/programs
 Responsible for contract Service Level Agreements/Objectives (SLA/SLO)s
 Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for delivery organization
 Address performance in troubled service line/units to achieve productivity objectives
 Proactively manage business controls (audit readiness)
 Provide input of key documents into project/account repositories
 Lead weekly/monthly status meetings with team and client
 Responsible to achieve SLAs, handle incidents, control and report consumption, manage cost, people working for and assigned to the account, service activations and deactivation
 Manages backup / recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management, security and risk management, communication with the client and business compliance to internal rules and guidance.

Qualifications includes:

 A four-year college education related to Computer Science
 10+ years of experience, preferably at a creative agency, with minimum of five years of management experience in digital scope
 Solid proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel
 Outstanding budget management skills
 Excellent Integrated Production and communication skills – you are articulate and
poised when it comes to negotiating, presenting and providing feedback
