Technical Project Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive solutions that meet our internal and external customers' needs.

Technical Skills:
• Understanding of business systems, table maintenance, systems testing, technical and business writing
• Ability to document business requirements as part of project management
• Attention to details, reliable documenter and persistent in open issue follow-up and business resolution.
• Understanding and having previous experience with a project lifecycle – pre-scope, scope, design, build, test, rollout, and warranty.
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Must be self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational and project management skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related degrees.
• 7-10 years work experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business and technical writing skills
• Leadership skills required to capture and prioritize competing initiatives ensuring achievement of dates and deliverables.
• Exposure to consumer credit, consumer and/or retail services marketing, and supplier management

TOOLS: MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word. PowerPoint.

In addition, skills that would make a successful candidate for this position:
Expert Project Management skills
Experience with Business Development Project Methodology and standard project templates
Captive Finance experience
Compliance or CFPB experience would be exceptional
