Technical Product Implementation Manager (Financial)

Seeking Technical Product Implementation Manager for our Large Financial Company's Foreign Exchange business for a long term role in NYC.

Implementation Manager will be responsible for assisting other Implementation Managers globally (New York, Pittsburgh, London, Singapore, Hong Kong) with the sales support, and servicing of our web-based products used by clients of our Foreign Exchange businesses.

The selected candidate will market and demonstrate these products to both external and internal clients in tandem with Sales staff; coordinate client onboarding requirements among clients, Operations, Technology and Legal staff; produce product marketing materials and user documentation; perform client training; and provide day-to-day client support.

The Implementation Manager will also assist Product Managers with the user-acceptance testing and evaluation of new e-commerce products and upgrades, working on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct demonstrations to clients of our web-based products, including iFX Manager, iDealForex, iConfirm. iDerivatives, iFlow, FX Trade Analytics, FX Daily Mark Reporting and others.
• Manage client implementation and training activities, including the gathering of client user ID and account information and determination of application configuration requirements (user entitlements, pricing parameters, etc.).
• Coordinate between Operations and Client Technology to perform required application static data setup for these products, and request the issuance of RSA token cards as required.
• Direct Operations to perform required application static data setup and mapping for third-party industry trading and post-trade platforms (FXall, FX Connect, Settlement Center, GTSS, Traiana Harmony). Participate in ongoing vendor relationship activities with other Implementation Managers and Product Managers.
• Conduct client user training onsite or via WebEx as required.
• Provide daily global support for any escalation of client issues, disruption to internal applications, or problems related to our e-commerce products. Liaise with both app Managers and onsite Technology.
• Produce and maintain user guides for these products, in coordination with other e-Commerce Implementation Managers, as required.
• Maintain ongoing relationship with regional Client Help Desks (Global Client Activation & Servicing/GCAS), advising staff of new product launches and upgrades and provide product training for first-level support purposes as required.
• Produce regular reporting of client onboarding activities and projects, including the maintenance of a database of all clients using one or more FX e-commerce products.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in working for a financial institution in Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, or Capital Markets required.
• Understanding of one or more of major business lines (Asset Servicing, Treasury Services, Corporate Trust) and/or e-Trading/Sales highly desired.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal skills needed to perform product demonstrations and user training.
• Excellent writing skills needed to produce user guides, release notes, and other client documentation.
• Positive “can-do” attitude; capable of working alongside peers in an evolving, dynamic, dealing room environment.
• Familiarity with web-based technology required.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other similar industry certification a plus.
