Technical Marketing Program Lead

We are looking for a technical marketing professional with experience in developing technical marketing collateral and evangelizing products to the technical influencers such as the technical bloggers, technical media and technical analysts in emerging markets, particularly China and India.

The technical marketing lead will work closely with the product marketing and brand team to develop a brand value proposition and communication strategy.
Responsible for:
1. Developing the product messaging platform that identifies the line value proposition, product positioning statements and competitive positioning;
2. develop a communications plan including a 12 month rolling disclosure and messaging calendar, identifying when/where/how key product and technology messages are rolled out throughout the year based on roadmap/key device launches; tie back to PR/editorial/social media content calendars to drive message synergy;
3. Partner with engineering, competitive analysis, product management and OEMs to develop 12 month product demonstration plan that aligns with and supports the message rollout plan above; and
4. Partner with engineering, product management and competitive analysis, product management and OEMs to develop a proof points/facts matrix/benchmark plan that aligns with and supports the demo plan and message rollout plan above (include OEM demo units and seeding devices).

Skills/Experience:
Required Skill Set Minimum of five years processor/SoC and/or silicon engineering experience
Excellent writing skills a must
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Strong program and project management skills Strong problem-solving skills; flexibility to work in a fast paced, changing environment
Strong team player

Skills that are a plus:
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry a plus
Experience writing technical collateral, tech blogs Social media/social marketing experience
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry a plus
Spokesperson experience

Education:Bachelors degree in computer science or electrical engineering must be accompanied by marketing experience
