The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Technical Editing experience and exposure to compliance experience.
Responsibilities will include:researching, resolve and analyze high-risk regulatory complaints.
This role involves researching and writing written responses to regulators and customers.
In addition to complaint resolution, this role requires analysis of complaints for regulatory exceptions and trends.
Consultation with business areas is also expected (share complaints insights and provide guidance/advice on future customers initiatives).
?Resolve customers? concerns quickly and efficiently; but also identify root causes and propose complaint resolution/mitigation opportunities
?Meet regularly with key compliance and business contacts
?Work with other departments to provide guidance on complaint trends / risks identified through regulatory complaints
?Handle technical and complex complaint cases; including special investigations and various compliance / regulatory cases
?Draft customized letters
?Be accountable for accurate and timely responses / tracking and record retention
?Involves limited customer contact over the phone and extensive written contact
?Position requires work to be performed on Campus
Financial Services operations or Escalated Customer Relations experience a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working within a fast-paced, multiple-deadline-driven environment that encourages 360 feedback and fast turnaround.
Technical Knowledge: working knowledge of MS Office Suite of programs, Acrobat
