Responsible for making changes to content as defined by instructions from a Content Lead. The role requires an understanding of the basic principles of content management and electronic performance support. This person will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to apply established styles and standards to content. This person will be able to take direction on specific changes/additions to established content and will be able to incorporate feedback and changes in an iterative process. This person will be able to work in a time-sensitive environment and be flexible as schedules and process needs change as well as have the ability to work independently and as part of a group.

Responsibilities include:
• Author content according to explicit instruction from Content Manager and/or Content Lead and established standards
• Manage workload appropriately
• Keep Content Lead informed of capacity status
• Key Skills: communication, attention to detail, basic authoring skills and basic HTML skills

Basic Qualifications:
* Associate’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience in writing/editing/proofreading or professional experience in content information management. An affinity for detail-oriented work.


Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Understanding of content management, with demonstrated ability to apply concepts to daily work
• Understanding of performance support, with demonstrated ability to apply concepts to daily work
• Strong editing/proofing skills
• Experience in a call center or similar time-sensitive environment
