The Digital Software Team is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to expand the digital courseware selection available on their retail website. The Associate TAM will engage with external vendors and internal business team to identify, acquire and publish new selection relevant to college students and higher education professionals. Aspects of this role include vendor relations, data validation and digital product QA. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.

Basic Qualifications:
ADVANCED EXCEL, HTML, CLIENT FACING AND OR VENDOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE A MUST.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
Passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
Ability to use a variety of web-based tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of MS Office applications – with an emphasis on MS Excel
6 months or more experience in a customer service or technical support role working under pressure in a high-volume environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
Outstanding analytical and technical skills.
Ownership and proven track record of working projects to completion.
Effective individual contributor and team member.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a high volume digital product processing environment including QA Familiarity with digital courseware and courseware publishers.
