Our client is looking for a technical account manager associate to help increase the number of products that are available to their customers. The TAM Associate will help the team by working with external vendors to secure the largest collection of digital titles available. You must have experience in a high capacity production role. Also, strong possibility for the position to extend to 11 months, so preference for candidates with full tenure eligibility available..

This position requires an action-orientated, technically competent, and flexible problem-solver with excellent communication skills who will assist merchants and drive internal resolution in multiple areas including day to day operational support.

Technical Aptitude:
Basic familiarity with distributed computing environments
Familiarity with Windows XP and NT, Outlook/Exchange, Excel, Word, and Explorer

Business Acumen:
Excellent written and communication skills
Demonstrable effective conflict resolution and negotiating skills
Good comprehension skills
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Exemplary self discipline

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
Passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
Ability to use a variety of web-based tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of MS Office applications – with an emphasis on MS Excel.
Six months or more experience in a customer service or technical support role working under pressure in a high-volume environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
Outstanding analytical and technical skills.
Ownership and proven track record of working projects to completion.
Effective individual contributor and team member.

Preferred Qualifications:
HTML proficiency.
Computer science degree, or equivalent experience.
Reading/Writing competency in German or French.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
