Tech Retail Project Manager

As a Retail Project Manager within the EMEA Operations team, you will actively engage with cross-functional teams and work closely with strategic partners to shape the successes of both our hardware and ecosystem products.

Responsibilities:

(1) Merchandising Support
* Review weekly compliance data provided by vendors, identifying and tracking issues to resolution
* Track POS replenishment for all retailers, ensuring sufficient stock of materials are available at all times.
* Support all operations activities related to in store promotions / events.
* Manage, maintain & track PO’s for vendor & 3rd party partners.

(2) Process Support
* Track vendor contract SLA adherence on weekly basis
* Manage maintenance requirements owned assets within partner retail stores.
* Maintain an accurate list of retail stores along with all key information (names of store managers, inventory of assets, etc)

(3) Training Support
* Support product and services training by tracking participation across all EMEA retailers.
* Maintain training metrics ensuring all events and results are recorded & provide insights to key opportunities.

(4) Project Support
* Provide project support to our program managers in launching new products and concepts across partner retail network.

Minimum qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in commerce / operations or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience of independently running projects from conception through to completion.
* Experience in managing external vendor performance.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
* Business level written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
