Our client, a leader in loyalty and reward programs, is currently seeking a Technology Project Manager for a 6 month position with the possibility of extension.

The rate of pay for this opportunity is: $25/hr


• Lead marketing campaigns along full project cycle of digital marketing projects. Coordinate integrated campaigns across on- and offline channels with Print Production SMEs and all other departments.

• Online projects, include all electronic platforms, ranging from banner campaigns, email programs, microsite and app development to complete website builds for web, social and mobile. Offline projects include print materials of various kinds, such as POS, Direct Mail and merchandise, plus video production for various channels. Mass Marketing experience considered an asset

• Develop and maintain schedules. Adhere to, improve and establish agency process. Propel partnership with cross- functional teams, including account, print production, creative, development and deployment to deliver leading edge loyalty marketing solutions on time, budget and within scope.

• Relied upon to assess business needs, client requests and internal dynamics for their impact on projects. Educate stakeholders with intelligence and solution options that equip for decision-making and client recommendations.

• Drive execution of superior output in all channels that power strong results for existing clients, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Recognize and recommend growth opportunities by providing strategic input, surfacing operational efficiencies and facilitate team building and collaboration.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for the successful execution of integrated projects working with cross- functional, multi-project team resources, freelancers and external vendors to deliver on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters.

• Establish clear project parameters, prepare appropriate project documentation (schedules, estimates, scopes, etc.). Ensure appropriate resources are assigned, and processes are adhered to, to meet project deliverables.
• Manage changes to scope through impact assessment and communication with all stakeholders. Identify, mitigate and communicate all project risks.

• Estimate, track and manage budgets, invoices and maintain information in central repository.

• Build relationships with Account Management partners to address and apply best practices and processes (within overall process guidelines) which are mutually beneficial to both the client and the agency.

• Define, communicate, implement and execute quality assurance plans for project deliverables. Manage quality trade-offs. 10%

• Participate in internal post project reviews, internal process and ongoing
