Job Description: Our Client's Marketing Services team is looking for a Technical Account Manager to launch new advertisers and provide ongoing account management to top tier advertisers. This is a key role as it will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements. It will increase the overall knowledgebase of all seller facing teams. This role requires a strong internal and external advocacy for advertisers.

In this role you will work with high potential advertisers to efficiently integrate them with Amazon Marketing Services. It is expected that you will be continually sharing opportunities to product management and development to decrease friction and increase revenue. You will work closely with product management to drive ongoing product improvement and reduce advertiser friction.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and deliver a program which successfully launches and optimizes premium advertisers through tool development, advertiser enablement and customer services.
Ensure that high potential advertisers reach their performance goals quickly and stay active and healthy.
Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers.
Manage product or process improvement projects.
Extend your expertise and best practices to the sales and service teams to positively impact all new advertisers to the platform.
Identify, design and champion innovative ways to provide the benefits of account management on a large scale. Constantly look for and incorporate process and product improvements.
Manage a portfolio of sellers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance. Develop these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success.

Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a polished communicator with a passion for customer service and an ability to simplify complex processes. A commitment to data-driven decision making is a fundamental requirement and your ability to translate this to business objectives and goals will be highly valued. You will have high expectations of yourself and others and your ability to organize and drive resolutions will reflect this. Experience in the online advertising or comparison shopping industries and a track record in successfully working with or managing large accounts is desired. Program management background is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related discipline.
- 2+ years in ecommerce, online advertising or technology sector
- Proven communication and project management skills
- Experience working closely with internal sales, retail, technical support, product management and software development groups
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated experience in designing and improving processes


Preferred Qualifications
- Retail e-commerce or advertising experience
- Highly analytical with passion for data
- Ability to understand multiple retail business models and their technical implementation
- Excellent communication skills, including comfort with C-level interaction
- Experience with tool development to enable scaled service models and advertiser enablement
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving passion and service orientation
