Talented Senior Creative Designer / Art Director

Our client, a top Financial company has been growing like crazy over the last year and looking to focus their expansion onto their fabulous creative team! This role is a Senior Creative Designer and/or Art Director with strong interactive experience, ready to roll up their sleeves and help this company expand their interactive presence!

You will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through the development of compelling communications and collateral across various channels, including print and digital.
You will establishes and drives the creative development of marketing communications, campaigns, systems, exhibit management displays, collateral, and signage.
You should be is highly skilled at leading a team of graphic designers, interacting with clients and agencies and explaining needs, programs and parameters of initiatives.
You will employ strategic thinking to build creative strategies for clients and manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
You will guide and lead a team of graphic designers, and will be responsible for the development of the team and the adaptation of new creative trends and technologies across all platforms.
You will lead creative development of marketing communications, campaigns, systems, exhibit management displays, collateral, photography and signage.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients to identify goals and objectives for creative work.
You will identify developmental opportunities to facilitate individual and team design and creative development while evolving the brand strategy and bringing it to life visually.
You will serve as brand steward to ensure that brand standards are clearly defined and implemented.
You will establish strong partnerships with business leads, marketing managers and internal partners, including legal and advance the visual brand through the identification of best practices, new trends, evolving technology platforms, and tools.

Leadership: You must have excellent leadership, development and management capabilities. We are looking for someone with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate their team. You will manage people, resources and processes to ensure optimal performance. Must be able to identify individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities to facilitate individual and team development as well as identify opportunities to involve others in new and challenging work assignments that advance the skills and capabilities of individuals and the company.

Creative Development: You will develop creative programs and design concepts that meet corporate/business objectives and align with the brand. There is a lot of collaboration in this role with constituents to clearly identify goals and objectives of creative work, as well as to provide visibility to project status through from initial concept to completion.

Project Management: You must have the ability to define project objectives, manage timelines, coordinate with subject matter experts on the development of communications and navigate the legal review process. You must have the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Client Interaction/Relationship Building: This is a crucial part to the role. You will be meeting with clients and evaluating their needs and help to develop creative strategy and make recommendations on over all creative solution. We need someone who can establish strong partnerships with business leads, marketing managers and internal partners. You must have the ability to quickly establish credibility and build productive relationships across the organization. We are looking for you to be recognized as a team player who willingly shares knowledge and information with others who is also skilled and persuasive in presenting creative solutions.

Innovation: Last but not least, we need you to bring innovation to the heart of the visual brand through the identification of new trends, evolving technology platforms, tools and developments. You must have the ability to recognize fresh approaches and directions as well as keep abreast of new technologies and marketing tactics, understanding how they can be used and adapted.

Min Education: BA/BS

Min Experience: 5 years’ experience.

Creative Skills and Software: Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design and Art Direction.
