We are looking for a highly proficient, multitasking traffic coordinator to support the workload in the busy studio. Resourcing projects for suppliers, partners and multiple stakeholders across a range of disciplines, including design, production, digital development and user experience.

As one of the gatekeepers for resource, you’ll be dealing with employees at all levels within the business, all with urgent requirements, so you’ll be confident in your approach, understanding critical issues and not deviating from plan at risk of jeopardising projects. You will need to be assertive, calm under pressure, able to make decisions quickly, remain flexible, whilst being resilient to adhoc requests and the inevitable curve balls.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage multiple streams of work, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Ensure the studio keep to agreed deadlines by monitoring the daily work being produced in the Design, Production and Tech Teams and re-assigning/splitting jobs where necessary.

* Develop, implement and continuously improve the way resource (specifically, time) is planned and managed

* Forward planning: hold regular meetings with the Client Services Team and specific Project Planning meetings when required. Any freelance resource procured as a result.

* Introducing and updating processes for the Traffic Function as well as providing business improvements (within and beyond own function)

* To manage all administrative duties including the recording of data pertaining to the work, i.e. document deadlines and turnaround times; record Artworker/Designer/Developer details such as absence and holidays.
