Support the client's loyalty program by constructing offers for customers to be distributed via marketing channels, such as: store registers, Coupon Center, email, direct mail and circular promotions. This position works with the Analytics, Operations, and will be managed daily by the Relationship Marketing Manager.
Responsible for daily, offer management of Cardholder Database system and back-end TRM system to build offers and then load them for execution Utilizes user-friendly software (TRM) to review and approve accurate and timely campaigns. Takes provided criteria and uses customer loyalty data to create lists of customers to receive specialized offers based on customer shopping patterns. Manages the promotional register campaign process to support flawless execution and identify opportunities for enhancements for OARS (Offers as the Register). Will review all offers and populate for execution in TRM software. Interact with daily with Relationship Marketing Managers, shadow select planning meetings to understand business opportunities and targeting needs for marketing programs, collaborate and have exposure to Supplier partners Support company sales initiatives and build strategic programs that deliver personalized value to client's shoppers Follows the developed quality assurance processes to ensure accurate offers and execution of campaigns. Reviews and approves work done by team members to ensure quality and accuracy of offers. Manage offer strategy and selection / delivery of targeted promotions to cardholders on daily basis
