A local St. Louis energy company is looking for a Account/Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing and advertising division. This person will be responsible for leading certain internal and external teams towards achievement of customer acquisition and retention goals. They will manage numerous marketing, advertising and online projects through a multi-step workflow process and provide marketing recommendations and tactical support for Commercial and Industrial Services and regional business teams. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage functional area requests and Corporate Design, E-Business Marketing and Customer Billing processes for print advertising, online banner advertising, brochures/collateral, web site updates and web landing pages, bill inserts, bill messages and online marketing *Provides direction to the Corporate Design, E-Business Marketing and external advertising agency and production company throughout design, copy and implementation of requests based on knowledge of business issues and marketing opportunities *Responsible for management and development of internal team processes and communications between functional areas and Corporate Design, E-Marketing, Customer Billing, IST and Customer Service Training *Develops marketing plans and coordinates strategy with external vendors for online banner advertising, search engine marketing and search optimization marketing. *Provides program recommendations and coordinates implementation between internal IST, creative services, web team and external partners. *Serves as subject matter expert to advise on short and long term direction through knowledge of business goals and market conditions. *Leads the direct mail production process with internal and external teams. *Acts as a liaison between marketing management, Marketing Information, IST, Commercial and Industrial Services, Contact Center, Training and advertising agency, print production and mail house for loyalty/retention and monthly acquisition mailings. *Analyzes and summarizes a variety of data to make recommendations for management approval including: acquisition, retention, online and financial marketing reports.
