Contract with Fortune 500 Social Media company in San Francisco!

Our client's Agency Development team partners with the world’s top media & creative agencies to develop new business opportunities and share with agencies how they can help their brands win real-time moments on their site. They’re working at every stage of the traditional sales lifecycle and marketing funnel, with an emphasis on building awareness, educating and inspiring agencies big and small.

In this contract role, you’ll work closely with members of the Agency Development team to “reach every agency on the planet” and launch Flight School, our client's training program, to agencies around the world.

We are looking for a system administrator/analyst to join our Business Marketing team on a contract basis. The Systems Administrator will work closely with our Agency Learning team to manage the day-to-day operations of our learning/content management system.


● Lead quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data residing in the system

● Manage user acceptance testing on all coursework, resources, and site copy across multiple browsers and devices

● Manage system bugs with vendor including prioritization, escalation and resolution

● Coordinate the development and communication of policies, procedures, feature updates and operational status of the platform

● Support content administration: loading content resources to the system, oversee user registration, monitoring progress, reporting and providing metrics

● Manage whitelisting process for agency partners on a weekly basis

● Provide reporting and analytics of usage and adoption of the program on a bi-weekly

● Serve as a liaison to the user support team, identify trends, and provide ongoing training and support to support agents

● Research, identify and recommend learning technology trends and act as an advocate for future updates, upgrades and implementations

● Coordinate and drive efforts of modifications and improvements (upgrades and patches). This includes building use cases for new functionality, testing the use cases and modifying existing business processes to facilitate these new functionalities



● 3 to 5 years of prior experience managing administrative and technical support responsibilities for a learning/content management system including open source, SaaS and enterprise solutions

● Ability to triage bugs, manage business requirements and system enhancement requests.

● Experience in user acceptance testing on a similar LMS

● Thrive in a hyper-growth environment - Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment

● Meticulous attention to detail

● Strong problem-solving skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

● Strong project management techniques


● Basic knowledge of web design, development and implementation including HTML and CSS

● Experience leading cross-browser and cross-platform UAT
