Our Fortune 500 Entertainment client is looking for a strong leader and innovative Senior Manager, Synergy and Brand Management who will develop brand strategies based on consumer trends and insights as well as a deep understanding of the objectives and partner Business Units. This position reports into the Director, Synergy and Brand Management, and will be focused on ensuring the delivery of a best in class experience, assuring maximum user engagement and securing financial goals. Working across multiple lines of business and properties, you will execute Synergy opportunities that will help drive overall goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and strategically manage marketing strategies of Disney branded IP including product positioning, integrated marketing and promotions, brand building, brand extension, forecasting and setting goals and objectives.
Work in partnership with Product to achieve business goals, using consumer insights, provide design input to increase marketability, and champion innovative digital concepts, that will increase brand equity.
Develop strategic plan, creative campaigns, and synergistic integration across all digital platforms to insure brand and marketing objectives are met.
Determine appropriate KPIs and measurable goals and communicate out to stakeholders and team
Champion marketing programs that are well integrated into all aspects of Operations, Sales, Product, PR, measuring and being accountable for ROI
Bring a strong understanding of the online space, emerging technologies and consumer trends to guide brand strategy while incorporating segment goals
In conjunction with the Director, you will collaborate with Product and UX teams as well as external stakeholders to ideate, develop and maintain brand guidelines
Develop and oversee cross platform and cross network campaigns that meet marketing goals and objectives, acting as the Disney Interactive brand expert
Stay abreast of the latest technology and digital innovation demonstrating extreme passion and understanding of industry trends in new media
Create engaging and innovative online experiences while staying true to the brand and segment goals
Help deliver efficiencies and follow processes positively to improve performance, while continually keeping sight of long-and short-term goals and objectives
Accountable for delivering quarterly key learnings and campaign results for the Director to present in quarterly business reviews and ongoing business unit communications
Partner with Analytics team to produce detailed reporting and analysis for campaigns
Manage overall budget and specific campaign P&L
Build and cultivate partner relationships at the Executive level



QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of a combination of Digital Marketing, Brand Management and Consumer Marketing experience in Entertainment, fashion, or related environment
2+ years of people management experience and working with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of CMS systems and encoding solutions and processes
Knowledge of Omniture and relevant analytics software
Experience working with analytics tools and campaign metrics
Outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects, creative ideas and campaigns, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong negotiating and influencing skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to see how the details fit into the bigger picture
