Subscriptions Manager -entertainment

The Interactive entertainment Team is looking for a passionate, deeply knowledgeable and highly motivated Subscriptions Manager with strong business acumen and marketing experience.

The role of the EMEA Business Team is to make our Client’s product the number one gaming and entertainment service in EMEA.

Working in tandem with the EMEA Product Marketing, CRM, Entertainment and Marketplace teams, across 26 countries in EMEA, the Subscriptions Manager helps drive the business to acquire new customers and increase profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

1. New customer acquisition
2. Member retention
3. Revenue management

Relationships
The role will serve as a key interface across the Subscriptions business and will partner on a daily basis with a large number of people across many borders and time zones.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential Experience
• Experienced marketer from a subscription and/or Retail business
• Experienced in campaign delivery/project management, ideally across multiple countries
• Strong communication (written, oral), cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to influence and break down barriers to drive results

Technical/Functional Skills
• Data-driven marketing experience with ability to measure campaign effectiveness/ROI
• Sound commercial understanding of a complex P&L
• Ability to track and drive subscriber, revenue, attach and profit targets
• Excellent PowerPoint skills

Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
• Self-starter and results driven individual
• A team player
• Confident presenter – in person and via conference/video calls
• Analytical outlook

Qualifications
• Graduate degree or relevant work history. )

The candidates must have a strong background in pulling raw data (pivot tables, gathering analysis etc).
The candidates will still need marketing experience from telco/retail/subscription/entertainment/online
