STUDIO AND TRAFFIC, COORDINATOR

SUMMARY
The Studio and Traffic team is responsible for efficient management of the creative-production workflow for every in-house project.
They will collaborate with all relevant marketing functions to facilitate seamless execution and creative excellence. The team will focus
on resource allocation, schedule facilitation, workload balance, and change management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Management
Maintain proper timelines and team rosters for all projects, keeping them current and readily available to all parties
Open projects in the system (job jackets, master schedule, status report)
Manage and publish out-of-office calendars, ensure proxies are assigned and announced when necessary
Administer our workload system, maintaining accurate project data for 100-200 concurrent projects
Partner with the Senior Manager to maintain data integrity, and proactively solve problems as they occur
Ensure the Senior Manager has immediate access to accurate project and workload information at all times
Route projects for approval per schedule

Proactive problem solver with a history of successful, collaborative solutions

Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and workflow software

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on studio and/or traffic management, college degree or equivalent business experience
Experience working directly in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing studio environment
