Studio Project Manager

Our client offers communication plans that break down barriers and allow their customers to easily and affordably connect with their communities. We're looking for a Studio Project Manager, to take the lead on project management and trafficking of all requests from creative services such as collateral, animation, web, and digital ads for multiple brands.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Setting and enforcing project milestones; tracking and coordinating schedules and resources; managing deadlines and monitor budgets; plus reporting on project progress and health to category team and account leaders
- Creating and revising project schedule, detailing key deadlines for every phase of project from concept or designing and production to ship dates
- Organizing, managing and communicating with resources that deliver all the work required to complete a project with a defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints
- Creating, maintaining and distributing daily/weekly status reporting documents, tracking all projects currently in progress
- Leading daily and weekly team status meetings to discuss project status
- Managing all factors that govern project success to ensure high-quality delivery within time, cost and scope parameters
- Facilitating communication between team members to make certain deadlines will be met; schedules internal creative meetings and presentations
- Assigning/allocating projects to creatives, evaluate and assess when additional resources are required
- Upon job completion, obtaining PDFs of produced/shipped print mechanicals, scripts, and specification sheets to archive

What you need to do the job:

- At least 5 years of hands on experience within the industry (agency experience is a plus)
- Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
- Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
