Studio Operations Web

The Studio Operations Coordinator WEB is responsible for organizing workload, schedules, resources and activities within the studio production department in the production, localization and deployment of all WEB Communication across Europe.

Working closely with the Account Deployment Specialists, the Studio Operations Coordinator WEB keeps track of all workflow going through the studio and ensures its efficient completion on time and according to a high level of quality. Coordinating a team of 10 design and production specialists across digital, the Studio Operations Coordinator WEB ensures each team member understands their role, task, expectations and is held accountable.

The Studio Operations Coordinator WEB understands and drives process, works to solve problems on a daily basis, and documents lessons learned through updating process documents and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities


Plan Resources and Workflow of Studio
• Receive work orders from Account Group via workflow tool and plan resources accordingly week to week
• Lead weekly production meetings driving alignment between account and studio on timelines, workload and priorities
• Ensure work orders are clear, and all necessary information/content is provided according to SLA and process
• Assign tasks to individual production resources, ensure task, timing and expectations are clear, track progress
• Responsible for the review all work for completion and quality
• Ensure the timely delivery of completed work
• Track progress of approvals on individual work orders, ensuring clear feedback is provided and corrections to work are made
• Ensure final assets are delivered and/or deployed in the correct manner

Manage Team
• Develop and coach studio team to align the work of the team with the expectations of the organization
• Supervise the day to day activities of a team of 10 made up of coordinators, web designers/coders and proof readers
• On-board new members of the team to ensure they understand the Agency, their role and expectations.
• Work with each team member to create career path and development plan to set goals and expectations
• Live and Drive Values among your team

Build and Improve Process:
• Insure process governance through the application of the agency and studio process guidelines
• Constantly review process against day to day needs and proactively identify improvement points
• Take personal responsibility for your teams place in the process, and all touch points to ensure not only your goals are achieved, but those around you
