Studio Manager/Producer

The on-site manager for Aquent would be a well connected individual in the creative industries with an excellent eye for design.
Primarily responsible for helping us source and maintain a creative bench of flex staff, they will be comfortable in a high-paced creative environment and able to add hands-on value to the production process.

Options for adding incremental value to the team:

Studio Manager
Assist producers with the operational side of the studio, tracking incoming jobs, securing resource and ensuring our files and stored and backed up correctly.

Creative Producer
Brief and manage the creative resource available to deliver design creative within Brand Design

Keynote Designer
Create stunning presentations with clear and concise narrative to help our internal teams convey the required message

Production Designer
Develop mechanical files from approved art direction ready for print, including re-sizing and localization

Art Director
Develop design concepts which beautifully convey our product stories

Key Skills
5+ years working in the creative industries
Expert in their field (see above options)
Local to LA with excellent creative network
Well organized with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

On-site manager for Aquent would be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining a bench of talented creatives who would be available to work at our client at short notice. As such they must develop a great understanding of the brand in order to locate and secure the services of creatives within the LA area.

The primary focus of the bench will be senior level print design talent, but once established we would look for further talent in both the creative and production fields.

Further to this primary focus, they should be able to add meaningful value to the brand design group by offering either a creative or production skill set required to deliver retail / design creative for that group.
It is anticipated that the candidate will be 75% focused on building the bench, and 25% focused on adding additional value to the team.
