The Strategist plays an important role in the development of relationship marketing programs and strategies for our client! Working with agency teams and clients to develop innovative campaign and program plans that achieve results, you're the go to person! You will collect and synthesize information into customer, competitive and business environment insights, create program and strategy recommendations, and act as an advisor for clients and team members, a middle person extraordinaire! You bring teams together and make ti happen!

You will have worked for or worked with an agency or consulting company in the past. You are vocal, self-motivated, team-oriented, and have a strong personal interest in understanding mobile technology, customer behavior, communication channels (especially mobile, social and online/interactive), and strategy. You have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, curiosity for information, the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative inputs and insights, ability to deal with ambiguity, confidence to present alone and preference for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment will be the key to your success in this role.


In developing marketing communications plans, together with our clients, you’ll be creating plans that explain:

Who they should be targeting, what they look like, and why they should be targeting them;

Where those people can be reached, which channels and media they consume;

When they should be contacted;

How we’re going to measure results.

You’ll also work hand in hand with our creative teams to figure out the best ways to execute our ideas.
