Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Program Management Office (PMO)

REPORTING TO: Director, Strategic Sourcing
SUB-FUNCTION: Int’l & Shared Services
GENERAL SUMMARY: This role leads administration of the PMO function for the Strategic Sourcing department. This person will lead the pillars of Portfolio/Project Management, Communication, and Strategic/Roadmap Management. This person will be the functional lead within the Shared Services team in supporting the company's Strategic Sourcing to become a world-class sourcing organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountable for management of existing PMO strategy and continued execution of program goals & deliverables
• Development and execution of internal and external department reporting to Sourcing leadership team
• Develop plans for implementation and change management for department projects and resource planning
• Provides input and support for continuous improvement programs within the organization (talent management, value optimization, internal branding efforts, etc.)
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in the development, demonstration, procurement, and implementation of transformational tools (spend analytics, contract management, supplier relationship management, etc.)
• Builds relationships and effectively partners across varied functions with key internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to influence change
• Communicates proactively with all stakeholders (internal to Sourcing, external business partners)
• Provide functional and technical support for strategic sourcing teams located in U.S., Europe, Japan, and China

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and/or project/program management
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Expertise in business intelligence and data analysis
• Project Management expertise
• Expertise with E-Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Analytics, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platforms
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications (intermediate to advanced)
• Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate a professional presence
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle issues and challenging situations
• Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment; while consistently delivering high-quality product in a timely manner
• Ability to learn and become a subject matter expert quickly
• Has an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset
