Our client is seeking a savvy Marketing Consultant to bring a strategic mindset and an execution focused approach to support their B2B and B2C acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns. This long-term consulting opportunity will be a great fit for an successful Marketer to bring their strong Fortune 500 matrix organization experience to collaborate with Sales teams, Product teams and Enterprise wide Marketing teams to oversee the strategy for this busy team.
In this role, you will support the Segment/Regional plans and marketing initiatives to include internal and external communications and the sales plan strategies to support growth. The Marketing consultant will manage the execution of these marketing plan initiatives/tactics to ensure successful implementation and desired results. In partnership with the sales and management teams, you will also assist in the development and execution of customer-specific, regional strategies and programs to grow the business. In addition, the Consultant will support other assigned marketing initiatives and key elements of marketing planning. process.
- Accountable for overall development and execution of Marketing Strategy and Plan for the client across all their lines of business (B2B, B2C, D2C):
‒ Their Medical Practice Marketing
‒ Overall Patient Acquisition Campaigns (e.g., Marketing plan to influence existing customers to choose their network)
‒ Overall Patient Communications and ongoing patient engagement and health campaigns
‒ Management and execution of special projects
- Serves as the central point of contact to team leadership; engages with Enterprise-wide Marketing teams, as appropriate
- Supports all marketing activity and execution:
‒Value prop development
‒Development of standard employer, broker & center materials; writes copy for materials (e.g., what are standard service offerings)
‒Marketing material Spanish translation support
‒Maintenance of website, including provider directory updates, NCQA changes
‒Digital & Social Strategy & Execution
‒Development of center collateral and updates, including patient letters regarding provider/service changes, etc.
‒Ensures Brand consistency across all business line communications
‒Ensures careful coordination of timing and integration of communications plans to avoid duplication and customer confusion
‒Identifies opportunities to promote common value prop across business lines
‒Works in collaboration with Enterpise-wide teams to influence strategies
