Strategic Digital Analyst/Planner

This strategic marketer will collaborate directly with clients as well as our integrated team to create, present and implement progressive plans that build brands, drive demand, exploit digital media and cultivate relationships with varied target audiences.

Research: the Strategic Planner will be responsible for soliciting, commissioning, synthesizing and analyzing quant/qual marketing research and sales data into order to gain practical insights into target

Tactical planning: the Strategic Planner will create compelling marketing presentations and plans that clearly identify objectives, assess situational variables, articulate a strategic approach and recommend on and offline tactics with metrics to achieve measurable results.

Brand strategy: the Strategic Planner will spearhead brand development, including creating positioning strategies, brand systems/architecture, writing mission, vision, value and attribute statements and collaborating with art directors to produce brand books and standards.

Facilitation: the Strategic Planner will create presentations and lead fun and fruitful work sessions with clients to facilitate discovery; review competitors/identify positioning opportunities; educate

Briefing: the Strategic Planner will write clear and inspiring briefs for all manner of projects – from brand naming and web copy writing to digital advertising campaigns. The Strategic Planner will also present

these briefs to both client/agency teams in order to field questions, etc.

Analytics: the Strategic Planner will share responsible for introducing, managing and reporting on the performance of online/offline ad campaigns, including setting up integrated dashboards and meeting with clients to make recommendations that improve performance/ROI.

 Three to five years of direct experience as a Strategic Planner in established marketing agencies.

 College or University degree, preferably in marketing or business. (MBAs welcome).

 Outstanding analytical, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

 Command of digital marketing, including web, email, social networking and advertising.

 Great team player who brings passion, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to mentor.

 Speedy, practical and results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency/comfort with deadlines.
