Strategic Accounts Manager, Global Partner Solutions

The Manager of Strategic Accounts is responsible for expanding our relationships with partners to grow revenue through a variety of business development activities. Our team operates like a digital consultancy, providing our clients with smart recommendations for growth. In our day-to-day work, we cover a wide range of activities including business development, technology development, product management, telesales, online marketing & merchandising, business intelligence, operations, analytics and finance.

• Be the “CEO” of your accounts and earn the trust of your clients. Manage each account like a mini business. Think strategically to grow our partnerships profitably.
• Lead strategic planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones on an ongoing basis.
• Gain an understanding of partner profitability and sell new programs, features and functionality.
• Establish strong relationships around the organization with people in Technology, Customer Experience, Operations, Product, Finance, Revenue Management and others in order to give our partners what they need and want.
• Conduct ongoing communication with partner contacts. Be extremely responsive to their requests.
• Liaise with the Private Label product team to add customer product development requests onto the roadmap.
• Evaluate partner performance via Web Analytics Tools on a regular basis and share performance results with key contacts. Assess merchandising campaign results and make recommendations for improvement.
• Present results and new business ideas to senior management within the organization and to partner senior leaders.
• Proven ability to develop long term relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to develop and execute programs on behalf of the partner with a strong eye toward maximizing margin opportunities and expanding long term partner relationships.
• Knowledge of travel industry preferred, previous experience with travel technology products ideal
• Tech-savvy with some ability to communicate technical product features effectively
• Exceptional communication skills; Good PowerPoint and Excel skills required and ability to quickly learn new reporting platforms/software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess a high degree of flexibility and work well with others in a team capacity
• Works well under pressure; Good negotiator and influencer
