Store Planner/Inventory Allocator

The Store Planner/ Allocator is responsible for effectively managing store inventory levels to support overall sales and inventory plans. This is a collaborative role that partners closely with the Allocation Team and Director of Store Planning and Allocation.


Responsibilities

 Execute allocation strategies to improve sell thru and GMROI at the store, style, color and size level.
 Optimize replenishment allocations to existing stores based on sales trends, and fixture capacity/presentation at the style/color size level.
 Support allocation team in store-to-store transfer activity
 Manage and publish all store counts, groups and attributes
o Maintain volume/assortment levels (evaluate seasonally)
 Manage store opening/closing process including, but not limited to: planning/projecting sales and inventory, establishing new store assortments, and directing closing liquidation cadence
 Maintain, analyze, and publish daily and weekly/monthly and quarterly reports in an accurate and timely manner to home office and field partners.

Requirements
 2-3 years of related experience
 Bachelor's degree required
 Ability to analyze financial metrics and business trends and understand how to impact them; Make quality decisions when developing strategy or solving problems.
 Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
 Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities with a strong sense of urgency
 Demonstrate strong communication skills. Can communicate effectively using multiple methods and across diverse audiences.
 Aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
 Desire to innovate/evolve tools and processes.
 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills / formula writing
 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
