Store Experience Manager

Reporting to: AVP - Head of Store Experience you will manage Innovation and compliance of all in store signage & display communications in

line with corporate brand strategy and legal obligations. This include the strategic vision of how the client communicates with the customers through way finder and

digital solutions, developing conceptual ideas and thinking on best practice of use for all Library, event and seasonal development ensuring it is on brand

OBJECTIVES:

1. Working closely with Store Design and Creative services ensuring sign elements

are properly developed for maximum impact and ease of execution in stores

2. Direct use of all Library signage & display communications in line with

corporate brand strategy and legal obligations.

3. Managing briefing process from senior managers for all consumable and

collateral requirements, developing solutions and recommendations for

approval.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the Development and Management of all in store collateral & Display

communication.

2. Manage the design & Maintenance of all Brand & Signage manuals.

3. Working cross functionally align inter department service level agreements in

line with store experience team.

4. Manage business updates to influence stakeholders on store experience

strategy.


MANAGE THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ALL INSTORE

COLLATERAL & DISPLAY COMMUNICATION

 Manage conceptual store signage innovation in line with Conceptual store strategy

ensuring solutions constantly push the store experience agenda.

 Manage critical path for new country entry involving key stakeholders, managing

timely delivery and minimal changes.

 Working with Creative and Store design ensuring sign elements are properly

developed for maximum impact and ease of execution in stores.

 To be the specific point of contact for all POS related matters for TJX Europe.

 Attend bi –monthly store activity meeting and manage all event and seasonal

signage requirements.

 Manage the critical path for Seasonal signage, ensuring store communications for

all installations are user friendly recognising local difference.

 Manage Seasonal event process, working closely with Client services in managing

timely delivery of all campaigns.

 Manage compliance of all in store signage & display communications in line with

corporate brand strategy and legal obligations.

 Work across internal teams & Commercial stakeholders on POS development.

MANAGE THE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL BRAND AND SIGNAGE

MANUALS.

 Working with Print Production and creative services, maintain manuals ensuring

they are always current, accessible to internal / external parties clearly outlining

how we bring our brand to life instore.

 Clearly document how we strategically use Signage in store, to create impact ,

minimise visual pollution. Ensure creative services clearly understand this vision.

WORKING CROSS FUNCTIONALLY ALIGN INTER DEPARTMENT SERVICE

LEVEL AGREEMENTS IN LINE WITH STORE EXPERIENCE TEAM
