Store Assistant (In Store/Boutique)

The Assistant Buyer position is a great entry level step into the retail world. You should have strong communication and organizational skills. Interest in fashion, or recent grads.

Primary responsibilities range around all aspects of managing asin creation. This involves intense and repetitive communication with vendors, image center and our fulfillment center community. Also pulling data queries, working on large amounts of data in Excel, and ad hoc reporting as needed.

The ideal candidates will have some experience in retail or e-commerce. You must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is essential. Successful candidates must be highly organized and have good computer skills (Excel and Word). You will also be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and comfortable with computer databases and tools. The ability to problem-solve using creative thinking and innovation are a plus. You must be decisive, able to move with speed to implement your own ideas, supporting the improvement of the team goals at the same time that they are driving results for specific category management.


Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
• Notes entered into excel each day
• Market Prep reports
• Data entry
• Interactions with Warehouse, and Studio regarding product
• Oversee communication about brand questions after order placement

Typical work day:
• 40-50 hr/week M-F (9am- 6pm)
