• Build statistical models for: campaign targeting prioritization, response management prioritization, analytics lead scoring, account modeling, customer value migration, cross selling and other reports as needed.
• Work to develop the organization’s understanding of business impact and use of predictive modeling techniques.
• Contribute to the definition of data set specification requirements and improvements to ensure continued value of analytics products.
• Aid in the development of global methodologies and related training materials used for documenting and growing the company's marketing analytics practice.
• Support analysts to efficiently scale the market intelligence practice.
• Ensure that locally developed analysis and data have the opportunity to be leveraged on a global scale.
• Increase awareness of available dataset and market intelligence tools, capabilities and practices.

Skill Set
• 4-year college degree in mathematics, statistics or related field
• Technical, analytical work experience in text mining / web search and statistical modeling area
• Demonstrated ability in applying statistical techniques to real-world business data
• Expert knowledge of statistics (regression, segmentation, time series, decision trees, conjoint, cluster, factor, simultaneous equations, dynamic models, etc.), text mining and web search technologies
• Robust understanding of sampling and testing methodologies (e.g., design of experiment)
• Proficient in SAS / SPSS (SPSS preferred) and SQL
• Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/project management capability
• Passionate, curious and driven personality with demonstrated results focus
• Experience in creating standardized processes
• Skilled diplomat, organizational savvy, and high levels of confidence and maturity
• Able to effectively drive organization through change/change management using data and guiding executives and management to data-driven decisions.
• Flexible and creative mind-set; comfort driving organizational and operational change through established organizations with matrixed responsibilities
• Experience driving strategy to completion
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to be highly successful in a matrix management organization
