Staffing Sales Professional | Strategic Account Director

Then one day that awesome company thought, “Hey, why not bring in some new people who can learn the business from the ground up and help us bring in new business and WOW more Clients.”

They knew this role would be critical to their growth, so this superstar salesperson would have some big responsibilities:

* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients by following a sound sales process, developing relationships & cross-selling all our Creative and Marketing segments
* Generate high number of new and repeat orders by meeting clients, understanding their business initiatives and delivering fanatical customer service as we learn how we can help them achieve their goals
* Know our “A-List” Creative Talent and promote them to clients through calls and marketing
* Growing business within Fortune 500 and 1000 companies
* Enterprise selling experience. Formal sales training such as Spin Selling or Miller Heiman would be a plus.
* Experience working as part of a team, responsible for doing business over the phone and in-person; internship experience is great!
* Leverage Talent Agent Creative and Marketing subject matter expertise to uncover client opportunities
* Actively participate and network with professionals within the design, technology and marketing community to stay on top of industry trends and share your knowledge with others
* Respond with remarkable speed and quality to incoming client requests while working hard to proactively find work for Talent on an ongoing basis
* Be an incredible team player who works hard to help our team, our Talent, and our clients as we all get smarter and grow, grow, grow!

* A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing, business, technology, psychology, communications or related field
* Experience working as part of a team, responsible for doing business over the phone; internship experience is great!
* An online network (active LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Twitter user very comfortable connecting with people online and offline)
* 2+ years of experience working in the staffing industry is necessary. Supporting Technology customers (especially software industry) is a plus.
* Passion for the technology, interactive and design fields necessary
* Excellent written communication skills & strong verbal skills
