Staffing Recruiter

We are looking for a staffing recruiter for the leading Sports network. The responsibilities include recruitment, administration and business development. The recruiting will be specifically for Production, Statistics and Analysis, and Magazine groups

Basic Qualifications: Recruiting entry level and/or high volume positions for designated hiring managers and client groups.
• Collaborate with hiring departments and HR Resource Group to develop a solid understanding of department culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position.
• Support full life-cycle recruitment for designated hiring managers and client groups in accordance with operating procedures and best practices including sourcing and selection.
• In partnership with others, participate in career fairs, college fairs and other recruiting events which match the key skills/competencies that are required for your entry level job.
• Participate in candidate assessment discussions and consult with the hiring team on candidate competencies and motivational fit.
• Manage the candidate offer process through successful close by having a solid understanding of the compensation components and company benefits.
• Provide advice and influence when appropriate decision makers on compliance, process and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Identifies and evaluates the needs of client hiring and manager for the point of view of job content and fit with the organization.
• Creates and builds strong working relationships with client hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Regularly interacts with a wide range of candidates.
• Interacts mainly about routine matters with others in the work group or team and with external contacts.
• Experience working in a team environment
• Some level of knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components including qualifying, assessing, networking, and relationship management Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ of working experience
• Minimum of 2 year in an HR function
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Reporting Databases preferred Preferred Qualifications Required Education
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Solid ability to command the attention and respect of hiring managers and HR Business Partners
