  • Create pixel perfect user interfaces for desktop and mobile
  • Research and execute on client-facing brand guidelines
  • Design and organize client-facing presentations across the lifecycle of an engagement, starting with a sales proposal all the way to final delivery
  • Prototype visual designs alongside the UX team for user testing and client check-ins
  • Communicate eloquently with clients, stakeholders, users, and client’s customers

You’re more than capable of holding your own in conversations about Artificial Intelligence, technology, Agile development, and more, but you are particularly inclined towards improving the holistic experience for people. You do your homework on the client, advances in their industry, and go above and beyond to forge relationships with key decision-makers. Because he nature of our business is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and supremely exciting, you will often be required to act extemporaneously and wow the client via design-centric workshops.

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

  • 5+ years experience designing complex digital applications (enterprise-level experience is a huge plus)
  • Strong background in (or a voracious appetite to learn) UX and human-centered design
  • Willingness to wear a variety of hats and tackle projects outside of UI
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, iterative product development process
  • Portfolio of past work with examples in web and mobile
  • Desire to push past “market parity” solutions and deliver new ideas
  • Motion design skills are a plus, but are not required
  • Impeccably organized and proactive. You’re more than capable of juggling multiple tasks and assignments at once, and when time occasionally permits, you find opportunities to improve some internal processes as well.
