Your Responsibilities Include:
Develop and evolve user experiences driven by interactions between a consumer and a brand.
Identify UX strategies a client may not recognize that consistently provide an optimized digital experience regardless of device.
Rethink, re-imagine, redesign user experiences from start to finish – and even post launch.
Establish and maintain thought leadership as a UX resource to prospective and existing clients.
Persuasively communicate UX recommendations to internal and client teams.
Educate and inspire various teams about best practices and emerging trends in UX.
Develop strategic vision briefs, user personas, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to communicate ideas for navigation and interaction models.
Participate in internal and client brainstorms and lead working sessions.
Conceptualize, prepare and moderate user-testing initiatives.
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience creating graphic/user interfaces, large-scale/complex websites, and/or mobile/tablet applications.
Solid understanding of branding and digital marketing and the ability to marry compelling user experiences to client business needs and goals.
Several examples of successfully launched projects that demonstrate strategic UX thinking.
A comprehensive awareness and interest in new platforms, technology and user experiences for the digital channel and related mediums.
Big idea, big thinker during brainstorms and concepting.
Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, and day-to-day directing of projects through completion.
Must be self sufficient, willing to lead UX conversations and actually create the experiences!
Brilliant written and presentation skills.
