Responsibilities:
• Be immersed in UX design principles.
• Develop detailed, high-level storyboards, prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Ability to tackle complex design problems and provide sound design solutions.
• Create superior user experience and user interface for new products and features.
• Improve user experience and user interface of existing products and features.
• Skill to teach UX design principles and thinking to other team members.
• Along with your UX abilities, must have FED skills using HTML and CSS.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of strong user-centered design methodology experience.
• Deep human factors background, information architecture, human-centered design and user testing including managing UX projects.
• Technical background with knowledge of API’s.
• Degree in Web Design with a focus on User Interface/User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe CS, Axure, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in an iterative design process -- you work fast and take constructive criticism well.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing and growing environment.
• Strong modern and clean visual design sense.
• All about the most recent trends and leading edge technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise applications.
• Experience with Human Centered Design Methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present your work and supporting rationale to the team.
• Some experience with user research.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
