Our client is looking for an Innovator, Designer or if you're title driven a Principal User Experience Designer.

What kind of designer are you? Are you an IA? Visual? Interaction? If you said ‘all’ then keep reading…

Our client's innovative design team focuses on making their financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want— from the 23 million people investing their life savings, to the 20,000 businesses managing their employee benefits programs, to the 10,000 advisors and institutions needing innovative technology solutions to invest their clients’ money. To do this well, as a privately held company, our client places a high degree of value in nurturing a work environment that attracts the best talent and reflects their commitment to being an employer of choice.

Our client uses Design Thinking (popularized by the Stanford d.school) to get to the heart of what they build. They use a Lean Start-up methodology of ‘Build – Measure – Learn’ once they think they have some customer love. The Designer is a vital part of this process. This team gets to play with crazy cool brand new tech like the Apple Watch and Oculus Rift. They work in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams.
